In the rare case we’ve fallen short of your expectations,
here’s our process:

 

Customers must notify Printshop USA within 30 days of the order delivery date to report any defects discovered in the ordered product.  
All complaints must be originated with an email sent to support@print-shop-usa.com describing the nature of the defect and include photos showing the defect.
Our quality specialists will investigate to determine the cause of the issue.
Should the claim be approved, the entire order must be returned to Printshop USA within 10 days of the claim approval in order to qualify for a refund or free reprint.
We will work together to find an agreeable resolution by:
  • Reprinting your order if we failed during the print manufacturing process.
  • Reprinting your order if it was damaged during transit.
  • Refunding your payment method if reprinting is not an option.
For orders received late due to the printing turnaround time running late,
we will issue a 10% refund for every business day that your order is printed late.
Turnaround time is measured in business days. Saturday, Sunday, and any observed holidays during which we are closed will not be considered production days. Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays or defects that are beyond our control such as:
  • Delays or missed deadlines due to slow customer response.
  • Delays or missed deadlines due to customer interruptions in the proof approval process.
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Customer design errors or print file setup problems caused by not following our File Preparation Guidelines.
  • Errors in user selected options such as choice of finish, quantity, or product type.
  • Customer providing incorrect or incomplete shipping address information.
  • Delays caused by the shipping or transportation carrier.
  • Delays or missed deadlines caused by the customer choosing a shipping carrier outside our options list.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer
